This airline was formed by ex-National/Pan Am pilot, Jim Dent, who planned low fare services from Florida using B-727-200s. Service began as a public charter between Ft. Lauderdale and Newark on September 30, 1992 using Airmark Aviation. Most of their flights were flown by Private Jet and Express One. Charters ended on June 29, 1993 followed by a bankruptcy filing on August 5, 1993 and the airline ceased operations.
